As a Sourcing Assistant you will be responsible for handling the company’s end to end sourcing operations. The successful candidate will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company’s spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities.

Responsibilities

Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending

Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure

Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency

Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking

Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques

Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers

Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

Requirements

Proven working experience in a sourcing or procurement assistance role

Strong project management and leadership skills

Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships

Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data

Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions

BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration

Job brief: Lighting Engineer

Requirements/要求:

Proven working experience in lighting research and development（1-3years or more）.

在照明行业的研发、工艺管控领域富有充足的实战经验（1-3年或以上经验）。

Professional in lighting mass-production SOP, Capable to solve the technics problem efficiently.

熟悉照明领域的工艺流程，生产管控，能快速有效地解决生产过程中出现的问题。

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and related majors.

Job brief: Sales and Logistics Assistant

Requirements/要求:

Proven working experience in Oversea business order process, including Quotation/PO/PI/PL/Invoice/BL documentation making, shipping arrangement and customs clearance.

拥有国际业务订单处理经验，包括报价、采购单、合同、发票、装箱清单、提单等文件处理的实操经验及国际出口报关、出货安排实操经验。

Fluent in both Spoken and written English. 

流利的英文说、写能力。

Good Communication capability and Good Teamwork spirit.

Strong Responsibility for the tasks assigned. Careful in details and Efficient for outcome.
